Managing Director of The Social PR | Specialising in Experiential Marketing & Talent Management
Operations & Processes Manager:
We’re looking for a highly organised, driven PR Operations & Processes Manager to step into an exciting position within the leadership team. Working closely with the Managing Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our operational strategy and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimisation: Develop and refine operational workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability across the agency
- Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation, ensuring teams are well-supported to meet client demands and project deadlines
- Technology Integration: Implement and manage tools that streamline operations, such as project management and time-tracking systems
- Financial Oversight: Collaborate with finance to monitor budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective operations
- Team Management: To work closely with the Managing Director to ensure clients are receiving the best possible service from the agency
- Client Liaison: To be client-facing where required and an integral part of ensuring client satisfaction is as strong as possible
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Culture Development: Uphold a strong company culture which is inclusive, motivating and creative
What We’re Looking For:
-A minimum of 3 years\’ experience in the PR industry
-Strong leadership and communication skills, with a confident and supportive approach
-Proven experience with finance administration and structure
-Highly organised and process-driven, with strong attention to detail
-A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
-Passion for building culture and team morale
-An understanding of Brand and Talent sectors is a plus
