    • Build trusted relationships and provide proactive support across all aspects of talent management.
    • Oversee schedules, travel, appearances, gifting, brand commitments and campaign delivery.
    • Support talent with platform growth, content opportunities and career development.
  • Brand & Industry Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships across brands, agencies, broadcasters, media and industry contacts.
    • Confidently represent talent in meetings, negotiations and commercial discussions.
    • Actively seek out new opportunities across entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, beauty and wellness.
  • Campaign Delivery
    • Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships from outreach and negotiation through to reporting and completion.
    • Ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest standard, on time and in line with contractual requirements.
    • Maintain exceptional communication with both talent and brand partners throughout every stage of a project.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience within talent management.
  • Strong commercial instincts with a proven ability to generate revenue and secure partnerships.
  • Existing relationships across brands, agencies and media.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, social media and digital culture.
  • Highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for helping talent build successful, long-term careers.

  • Work with an exciting roster of talent and leading global brands.
  • Play a key role in shaping the growth of a rapidly expanding talent division.
