You'll be responsible for identifying and securing brand partnerships, managing talent careers, nurturing industry relationships, and contributing to the overarching strategy and development of the division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong industry connections, and is passionate about building careers rather than simply just closing deals.

    • Identify new commercial opportunities that align with each talent's long-term goals and positioning.
    • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets across the talent division.
    • Develop strategic partnership opportunities that drive both commercial value and brand credibility.
  • Talent Management
    • Act as the day-to-day lead for a portfolio of talent.
    • Build trusted relationships and provide proactive support across all aspects of talent management.
    • Oversee schedules, travel, appearances, gifting, brand commitments and campaign delivery.
    • Support talent with platform growth, content opportunities and career development.
  • Brand & Industry Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships across brands, agencies, broadcasters, media and industry contacts.
    • Confidently represent talent in meetings, negotiations and commercial discussions.
    • Actively seek out new opportunities across entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, beauty and wellness.
  • Campaign Delivery
    • Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships from outreach and negotiation through to reporting and completion.
    • Ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest standard, on time and in line with contractual requirements.
    • Maintain exceptional communication with both talent and brand partners throughout every stage of a project.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience within talent management.
  • Strong commercial instincts with a proven ability to generate revenue and secure partnerships.
  • Existing relationships across brands, agencies and media.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, social media and digital culture.
  • Highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for helping talent build successful, long-term careers.

Why Join The Social PR?

  • Work with an exciting roster of talent and leading global brands.
  • Play a key role in shaping the growth of a rapidly expanding talent division.
