We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic Account Executive to support our growing brand team and play a key role in delivering standout campaigns, experiences and brand moments. As an Account Executive, you will support the brand team with the planning, coordination and delivery of experiential campaigns, influencer events, brand activations and creative projects across the agency. Working closely with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, you'll be involved in every stage of a project, from research and supplier sourcing through to event delivery and post-campaign reporting. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in experiential marketing, events, influencer marketing and brand partnerships within a fast-paced agency environment. Campaign & Project Support Support with the planning and delivery of experiential campaigns, events, pop-ups and brand activations. Assist with campaign administration and project management throughout delivery. Support supplier outreach, quotations and booking processes. Coordinate production requirements, including furniture, styling, fabrication, signage and branded materials. Assist with event logistics including installation, derig and on-site support. Influencer & Guestlist Management Support guestlist creation and invitation management. Research & Creative Support Conduct research into trends, venues, suppliers, talent and cultural moments. Support the creation of moodboards, presentations and client proposals. Source inspiration and ideas to support creative development. Client Support Assist with day-to-day client servicing across a portfolio of accounts. Support the wider team in maintaining exceptional client relationships. Support campaign reporting and post-event recaps. Maintain project documentation and internal filing systems. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Confident using Google Workspace, Canva and project management tools. Willingness to travel and support events outside of standard office hours when required. Projects are delivered on time and to an exceptional standard. The wider brand team feels supported and empowered. You consistently contribute ideas, solutions and creative thinking.
