We're seeking driven, English-fluent Remote Outbound Sales Representatives (focused on cold calling and appointment setting) to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based role designed for high performers who excel in outbound outreach and want to build long-term recurring income.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers
- Effectively pitch our proven automated call/text response and review generation solutions
- Qualify leads and book qualified product demos for our closing team
- Leverage provided leads, dialer, CRM tools, proven scripts, comprehensive training, and ongoing support
- 50% of the first month's recurring revenue for each client you close
- 30% lifetime monthly residuals on every active client you bring in (true passive income stream as clients remain subscribed)
- Top performers consistently achieve significant monthly recurring earnings through strong pipeline building and ramp-up
- No base salary to start, but this structure rewards results — with realistic paths to significant recurring revenue for consistent closers.
