You’ll work closely with the chefs and kitchen staff, picking up the skills and rhythm of a professional kitchen along the way. What You’ll Do:
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly
- Keep floors, surfaces, and bins clean following set routines
- Make sure all kitchen areas, including storage and prep spaces, stay spotless
- Help the kitchen team with basic tasks when needed – from unloading deliveries to organizing stock
- Keep kitchen tools and equipment where they belong to support an efficient workflow
- Follow hygiene and food safety rules like HACCP
- Handle cleaning materials and gear safely and responsibly
- Spot and report any issues or hazards right away
What You’ll Have:
