SíSí Glasgow, a vibrant rooftop restaurant, is seeking a confident Restaurant Supervisor to lead busy shifts and embody our hospitality ethos. You’ll work closely with management to ensure every service runs smoothly, while acting as Duty Manager when required and keeping guests at the heart of everything we do.
You’ll be a natural leader with experience in fast-paced venues, able to stay calm under pressure, motivate the team and communicate across front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver.
