What You’ll Do:
- Greet every guest with a warm, genuine welcome and manage the entrance area with confidence.
- Handle reservations across phone, email, and booking systems, including modifications and special requests.
- Coordinate guest seating with the FOH and kitchen team to ensure a smooth, timely flow.
- Monitor wait times and guest needs, offering thoughtful solutions when necessary.
- Keep the host stand, menus, and entrance area neat and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with service tasks like coat check, birthday setups, and light floor support during busy times.
- Be the voice and vibe of the venue, informing guests about menus, specials, and upcoming events.
- Share guest feedback and preferences with the team during briefings to enhance the experience.
What You’ll Have:
- At least 6 months experience in a guest-facing hospitality role, ideally in a restaurant or hotel.
- Confidence using digital booking systems and managing guest queues.
- A warm, polished presence that represents the tone and style of the venue.
- Clear communication skills in person, on the phone, and via email.
- Ability to stay calm and collected during peak hours and high-volume moments.
- Team-first attitude, willing to jump in and support wherever needed.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.
