Your mission as a Breakfast waiter at The Social Hub is to deliver seamless and memorable service, making every guest feel truly welcome. You will connect with guests, share your passion for food and drinks, and work closely with the team to keep service flowing smoothly. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service to ensure every guest has an exceptional breakfast and lunch experience.
- Be the go-to person connecting guests with the kitchen and bar, accurately noting dietary needs and preferences.
- Assist your team by clearing, resetting tables, and supporting various service areas during busy times.
- Stay fully informed about the Hub’s operations, menus, events, and spaces to provide helpful guest information.
- Recommend food and drinks confidently based on guest preferences and menu knowledge.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns quickly, maintaining high service standards.
- Support event setups when needed, ensuring spaces match event requirements perfectly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
What You’ll Have:
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant service, with a genuine interest in food and beverage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create positive guest connections.
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and friendly attitude, with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.
