As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll be in charge of handling inquiries and making sure all our student rooms are sold out for the new academic year. You’ll experience a steep learning curve on anything sales; either when you’re giving a tour to a potential student/client, or helping out with answering questions online, you’ll be at the forefront of it all. By being organised and efficient in your work, you'll create a seamless customer experience. You’ll maintain clear lines of communication with your team and potential students.

What You’ll Have:
- You have 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing or, ideally proactive, sales role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- You are proactive and love taking initiative.
- Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
- Comfortable in an ambitious and informal work environment.
- Flexible and detail oriented.
What You’ll Do:
- Handling online and offline tours of the property.
- Supporting our reservations team by responding to student-related emails.
- Responding to leads via third parties.
- Pro-actively following up with leads.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to proactively bring in new potential student guests.
- Run market and segment research on the student market in Glasgow to spot opportunities.
- A variety of commercial projects/tasks based on your location’s needs.
