Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

As a JIM Supervisor, you don’t just run a gym, you shape how it feels to be there. At The Social Hub, JIM is a different kind of gym, one designed for connection, curiosity, and shared energy. Wellbeing isn’t just about reps, it’s measured in laughter, presence, and belonging. You’ll manage the space, guide the experience, and lead a team of JIM Hosts who help people feel seen, safe, and welcome. You read the room, curate the atmosphere, and bring the Hub’s culture of joyful movement to life every day. You understand that energy is contagious, and the goal is to win hearts, not exhaust them. You’ll help our community move, connect, and thrive on the gym floor and beyond. If you love people, movement, and making every moment count, this is your playground.

In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative, and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn, and play, and most importantly be themselves. As an employer, we look, act, and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar, and eat and drink escapes, as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

What You’ll Do

  • Host the space, lead and support a team of JIM Hosts who greet, guide, and connect with members and guests
  • Read the room, sense energy, tension, and joy, and adapt your presence to lift the collective experience
  • Curate a moving experience, design formats, moments, and interactions that feel alive and inclusive
  • Build an affirming and joyful culture, shaping the creative direction of JIM programming
  • Manage the environment, create spaces that are physically and psychologically safe, where lighting, music, scent, and tone all matter
  • Coordinate the details, oversee trainer scheduling, bookings, and invoices so everything runs smoothly
  • Connect the Hub, collaborate with Membership, Events, and F&B teams to create joined up social experiences

What You’ll Have

  • You bring warmth, humour, and intuition
  • You notice small details that make big differences
  • You have experience in events, facilitation, performing arts, hospitality, or community building
  • Traditional gym or fitness experience is welcome but not required
  • You believe movement should feel enjoyable, coaching is a conversation, and belonging is strength
  • You lead while letting others shine

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company, not just another hotel, we’re a game-changing innovator, challenging every convention and defining the future.
  • The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp that balances profit with positive impact, collaborating with organizations like Movement on the Ground and the TSH Talent Foundation to create meaningful change.
  • The chance to learn and grow in your role with the potential for future growth.
  • Awesome discounts in all our properties in Europe, and not just for you, but also for your friends and family.
  • A wonderful workplace to call home, full of events, fun colleagues, and all the other amazing salary and benefits stuff.
  • Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse.
