What You’ll Do
- Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service to ensure every guest has an exceptional Breakfast and lunch experience.
- Be the go‑to person connecting guests with the kitchen and bar, accurately noting dietary needs and preferences.
- Assist your team by clearing, resetting tables, and supporting various service areas during busy times.
- Stay fully informed about the Hub’s operations, menus, events, and spaces to provide helpful guest information.
- Recommend food and drinks confidently based on guest preferences and menu knowledge.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns quickly, maintaining high service standards.
- Support event setups when needed, ensuring spaces match event requirements perfectly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
What You’ll Have
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant service, with a genuine interest in food and beverage.
