Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It… As our Regional Commercial Manager, you are the entrepreneur between entrepreneurs. You will own and drive the commercial strategy for TSH Glasgow, focusing on creative education and cross-selling and upselling products. You will monitor and determine the perfect balance for the different allocations within the hotel.
Who You Are
- You have at least 4 years of work experience as an account executive or manager with good knowledge of the market/hospitality industry and affinity or experience with hybrid hospitality or community-member-based brands and business models.
- You are well acquainted with platforms such as Salesforce.
- You have hands-on experience in partnership management and cold acquisition.
- You are commercial and result-driven.
- You are a fun and engaged, all-around nice person who believes that creating value for customers is crucial for the success of your hotel.
- You know Glasgow from corporate to students.
- You are fluent in English; if you know any other languages, great – the more, the merrier!
- You have a valid UK passport or work permit.
