SíSí Glasgow is seeking an ambitious Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day bar operation, grow our cocktail programme and elevate guest experiences at our rooftop venue in Merchant City. You will partner with senior management to drive standards, profitability and team development, while building a positive, high-energy culture on the floor and behind the scenes.
This role requires proven leadership of a high-volume bar, a passion for cocktails, and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.
