As our new Chef de Partie, you’ll take charge of your own corner of the kitchen and turn it into a place where great food happens every day. You’ll prep, cook and plate dishes that make our guests smile, keeping flavours sharp and presentations clean. You’ll work side by side with a tight‑knit crew of chefs who love good food, good energy and good teamwork. Your section will be your playground, and you’ll keep it running like a dream from mise‑en‑place to the last ticket.
