Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

As our new Chef de Partie, you’ll take charge of your own corner of the kitchen and turn it into a place where great food happens every day. You’ll prep, cook and plate dishes that make our guests smile, keeping flavours sharp and presentations clean. You’ll work side by side with a tight-knit crew of chefs who love good food, good energy and good teamwork. Your section will be your playground, and you’ll keep it running like a dream from mise-en-place to the last ticket.

What You’ll Do

  • Run your own kitchen section during prep and service
  • Cook and plate dishes that match our standards in taste, temperature and presentation
  • Prep daily mise-en-place and keep your station spotless and organized
  • Support and guide Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters during serviceCommunicate with the team to keep service smooth and steady
  • Manage stock in your section, rotate products and cut down waste
  • Follow food safety routines and complete hygiene checks
  • Bring your A-game for special events, menus and seasonal updates

What You’ll Have

  • You have experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step
  • You bring confidence running your own section during busy services
  • You have a love for fresh, seasonal cooking and delivering quality at pace
  • You have basic digital literacy for kitchen tools like recipe platforms or HACCP logs
  • You bring a calm, organized way of working and solid time management
  • You have a positive, supportive attitude and enjoy being part of a close kitchen team
  • You speak English, any other languages is a plus
