Join Us at Social Element
Social Element is a full-service global social media agency helping brands to grow by earning a place in people's lives through our unique methodology: Social Currency.
Now, we’re looking for a creative Content Creator to join our Creative & Innovation team for Europe!
Opportunity
We’re seeking a talented social-first Content Creator to join our team. In this key role, you’ll channel your creativity and copywriting skills to craft eye-catching content, elevate a client’s social presence, and grow their audience across leading social platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram. You will be responsible for the entire content creation process, including planning, shooting, and designing social-first visuals and videos tailored to each channel.
You’ll leverage your innovative ideas and deep understanding of British culture to produce content that is both culturally relevant and responsive to current trends, helping an airline client distinguish their brand in a highly competitive social media landscape. You will act as the guardian of our client’s social media tone of voice and persona, combining excellence in bilingual copywriting, concept ideation and content creation for social-first campaigns, and a proactive approach to trendspotting and cultural moments.
What You’ll Do
- Social Content Creation & Copywriting: Ideate, design, and write compelling, on-brand social assets — stills, carousels, reels, stories, captions—for TikTok, Instagram, and other channels using original content and branded templates.
- Trend & Culture Leadership: Stay ahead of and capture the latest social and cultural trends in the UK; picking timely, relevant conversations for the client to activate around. Seamlessly insert brands into the right moments.
- Content Planning & Scheduling: Lead on building and maintaining an up-to-date, coherent content calendar. Coordinate scheduling across channels and ensure all creative is fully approved and legal-checked before posting.
- Performance Monitoring & Creative Reporting: Monitor content performance, extract insights, and leverage learnings to tell creative, community-first stories. Work with our insights team to contribute to monthly and quarterly reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Engagement, and Social teams to ensure content ladders up to both campaign objectives and broader business goals. Attend client status meetings for reviews.
- Agile Creation: Able to react quickly and create low-fi or high-quality assets using your own footage (DSLR/mobile), client image libraries, or existing assets. Confident briefing designers as needed.
- Client Communication & Upselling: Participate in meetings and present creative ideas confidently to clients, supporting the Client Partner in identifying new content opportunities for growth and upselling.
- Social Listening: Collaborate with engagement teams to surface relevant social insights and community trends for future content planning.
