Join Us at Social Element!
Founded 23 years ago, Social Element is a leading global and independant full-service agency connecting brands and people socially. Our core purpose is to make better social for brands and social better for society.
We\'re on the lookout for an exceptional Creative Team to join our Global Creative & Innovation team.
The Opportunity: Creative Team
We don’t just make content for social media. We help brands be social.
This is your chance, as a creative duo, to create work that lives where audiences actually have a voice, and use that space to help brands show up with relevance, purpose, and creativity.
As a Creative Team, you’ll be responsible for crafting exceptional social-first content and campaigns that drive real connection. You’ve already built a strong portfolio of work with 5 years + of agency experience and now you’re hungry for your next creative challenge: one where you get to shape the kind of ideas people want to engage with.
We’re not here to simply fill feeds. We create work that starts with the audience and shows up in the moments, places, and formats that matter, both IRL and URL.
You’re a team with a shared creative rhythm and complementary strengths — a duo that brings ideas to life through strong visual thinking, sharp writing, and deep audience understanding. Whether it’s a scroll-stopping hook on a social video or a one-liner that anchors a full campaign territory, you know how to use words and visuals together to capture attention and emotion in equal measure.
From big campaign platforms to reactive, feed-native ideas, you’ll deliver creative that earns attention and sparks participation. You’ll own the full process from ideation through to delivery, across both organic and paid work. That includes collaborating with creators, influencers, and external partners to bring ideas to life.
You’ll be plugged into culture and understand how people participate in social spaces, because that’s where the best creative ideas start.
What We Expect From You
Creative Concepting as a Team
You’ll work together to generate bold, relevant ideas across brand campaigns, social activations, and day-to-day content.
Words and Visuals That Work
The Copywriter writes with clarity, confidence, and cultural tone. The Art Director brings an eye for platform-native design and visual storytelling. Your portfolio shows how you complement each other.
Platform-Ready Craft
You’re comfortable working across a range of formats — video, stills, memes, creator content, GIFs, carousels, AR, and emerging formats — and know how to adapt creative ideas to each.
Audience-First Thinking
You design ideas that meet people where they are. You understand how audiences behave, how communities form, and how culture moves across social.
Collaboration Across Teams
You’ll work side by side with Strategy, Client Services, Social Media Management, Production, and Engagement teams to turn your ideas into reality.
High Standards of Execution
Whether it\'s a caption, a call to action, a visual layout or a motion brief, you care about the craft. Every output is purposeful, polished and on-brand.
Presentation and Communication
You can articulate the thinking behind your ideas and present them clearly and confidently to both internal stakeholders and clients.
Cultural Curiosity
You’re naturally plugged into trends, creators, subcultures, and the latest creative shifts. You bring that insight into your work and help clients stay relevant.
Wrap-Ups and Reflection
You’ll contribute to case studies and post-campaign wrap-ups that capture what worked and help the team grow creatively.
About Both of You
You’ve been working as a creative team for around 5 years or more
You have a strong portfolio that shows a mix of concepting, copywriting, and visual craft across social and digital channels
