About you: We are recruiting for a highly talented and passionate Sous Chef. As a Sous Chef you will lead by example and take accountability for your team and the kitchen. You will work under the leadership of the Head Chef in a prominent and prestigious London restaurant that holds many memories amongst its core clientele. Your role will support Senior Management and ensure that the kitchen consistently delivers in every aspect from menu development, ordering and produce, food safety and hygiene and ensuring high level of cleanliness with the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting a busy fine dining experience for a minimum of three years.
  • Menu development that enhances overall guest dining experience and reflects Company standards
  • Experience in ordering supplies and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure consistency in ensuring high level of kitchen maintenance and cleanliness at all times
  • Adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations and internal compliance
