About you:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner (part-time) to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within our premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a tidy, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. This role offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking part-time employment, with an emphasis on commercial cleaning tasks. Prior janitorial experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning duties across office spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
  • Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring they are hygienic and well-maintained
  • Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, notifying management when stock levels are low
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning activities
  • Adhere to cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are maintained regularly and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office cleaning is strongly desired
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities
  • Basic understanding of health and safety standards related to cleaning tasks
