We\\\’re looking for an experienced social media manager to join our growing team here at The Social Co to manage a number of client accounts in a range of industries including e-commerce, automotive, hospitality and more.

We are a full-service social media agency powered by a team of creative minds and driven by results. Through a team of specialists in every department we work together to turn strategy into content that gets results and everything in between.
Responsibilities
- Content planning and management of social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, including boosting posts when necessary.
- Developing full strategies for clients to grow their profiles across a number of platforms.
- Plan, evaluate, monitor and be reactive to trends.
- Analysing and reporting on campaigns.
- Effectively collaborate with other teams (media team, social media managers, animators, graphic designers and sales teams).
- Ability to achieve KPI\\\’s set on accounts.
- Budgeting and forecasting across daily, weekly and monthly periods.
- Writing creative briefs for the design team with innovative recommendations.
What we\\\’re looking for
- A social media manager with experience in this field (ideally agency based but not essential)
- Proven track record of delivering to target and exceeding business goals
