The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.

Location: Hybrid (in London), or remote (but you must already have the right to work in the UK and be living in the UK)

The Social Change Nest , we're radically transforming the funding landscape and strengthening civil society.

We remove the financial and administrative barriers – like bank accounts and legal structures – that often prevent communities, grassroots groups and informal movements from accessing funding and focusing on their core mission.

We also work closely with funders, enabling them to support social action with confidence and transparency.

Your Role

As the Programme & Delivery Assistant, you’ll support the Programme Delivery team across Grant Management and Grantmaking administration while managing relationships with a small portfolio of community groups.

  • Complete due diligence, draft grant agreements and support the smooth processing and tracking of grant payments.
  • Respond to queries and maintain positive relationships with groups and individuals receiving grants.
  • Manage a small portfolio of community groups, helping them identify practical solutions, strengthen their capacity and meet funder requirements.
  • Hold monthly client meetings to discuss emerging needs, track progress and build long-term partnerships.
  • Track grant budgets, monitor risks and ensure contracts, deliverables and reporting requirements are met.
  • Coordinate meetings, action points and communication across clients, the Programme Delivery team and the wider organisation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, digital filing systems, trackers and project management tools.
  • Support the development of new processes, templates and tools that improve service delivery and team efficiency.
  • What You'll Need
  • Experience working collaboratively and flexibly with clients or partners.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work proactively.
  • The ability to manage budgets, competing priorities and multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating externally with grassroots community groups.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Gmail and online booking and meeting systems.
  • Experience working as part of a team and using your own initiative.
  • An understanding of grantmaking and grant administration.
  • An interest in social change, innovation and current affairs.
  • Fluency in Arabic would be highly desirable, but is not required.
