Our client, a well-established care home in Inverness, is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and making a positive difference in the lives of others.

The home offers 30 single bedrooms, each with an en-suite toilet and washing facilities. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture and personal possessions to create a familiar and reassuring space that truly feels like home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents
- Assist with mobility, mealtimes, and daily activities
- Promote independence, dignity, and emotional well-being

Requirements:
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential — full training provided
