Our client, a well-established care home in Inverness, is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join their friendly and supportive team. The care home provides a warm, welcoming, and homely environment where residents are supported to live comfortably and with dignity. The home offers 30 single bedrooms, each with an en-suite toilet and washing facilities. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture and personal possessions to create a familiar and reassuring space that truly feels like home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents
  • Assist with mobility, mealtimes, and daily activities
  • Promote independence, dignity, and emotional well-being
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Follow individual care plans and report any changes in condition

Requirements:

  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential — full training provided
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work day or night shifts
