Job Overview: As a Sous Chef you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our kitchen. You will work alongside our Head Chef to deliver exceptional dishes, maintain high standards, and lead a team of dedicated chefs. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency.
