The Clermont Victoria is a stunning city centre venue close to many of London's famous landmarks and on the periphery of the busiest train station in Europe.

This 345 bedroom hotel has recently undergone a £20m transformation and is a luxury 4 star deluxe hotel.

What you’ll be doing

As our Bar Manager, you’ll do much more than simply open and close the bar.

You will create an inviting atmosphere where both guests and team members feel valued and engaged.

Your creativity will shine through in your cocktail-making, while your extensive knowledge of bar service will empower you to coach your team to deliver exceptional moments for our guests.

You’ll be responsible for managing all operational aspects of the bar, including revenue, stock control, recruitment, and staff scheduling.

But beyond these tasks, you will cultivate a space that our guests love to talk about and return to time and again.

Your leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience, ensuring every detail is attended to and that quality is never compromised.
