- Practical, detail-oriented, and keen to develop specialist technical skills through training and real-world experience.
- Stays up to date with snowboard hardware technology, boot construction, binding systems, and board trends.
- Honest, hardworking, team-focused, and happy to take direction when needed.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic retail environment.
