This is a full-time, on-site Driver role based in Nottingham. The Driver will be responsible for operating company vehicles to deliver glazing units and other materials to clients across Nottingham and the East Midlands.
Tasks will include:
- Loading and unloading materials
- Ensuring safe transportation of goods
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
Qualifications:
- 7.5t Truck and Van Driving
- Current drivers CPC required
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Clean driving license
- Experience with operating and maintaining trucks safely
- Involves some heavy lifting
- Familiarity with the Nottingham and East Midlands delivery routes is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and adhere to delivery schedules
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
- Flexibility for early mornings or extended shifts, if required
- Maths/English Grade 4 would be advantageous
