We are looking for a Design Executive to join our award-winning experience Design team. Are you passionate about the design of unique, dynamic and immersive learning experiences? This might be the role for you.
What would you do in this key role? Here is just a snapshot:
- Use behavioural science and creativity to design high‑impact learning experiences – virtual and in‑person – with support from the Design Team
- Develop detailed session designs, including learning content and production requirements, in collaboration with the Design and Delivery Team
- Create learning collateral – physical, digital and e-learning materials – with support from the Creative Team
- Adapt writing styles to meet different audiences ranging from Early Talent through to leadership
- Maintain knowledge of TST’s unique methodology and apply it to different client contexts
- Present learning solutions clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to deliver high‑quality outcomes
- Live and demonstrate TST’s Values in day‑to‑day work
