Bakkavor is the world’s leading fresh food manufacturer and are looking for Continuous Improvement Apprentices to join their team. Bakkavor is a highly innovative business, that is continually looking to unearth improved manufacturing solutions. If you possess an inquisitive mindset and enjoy making change through people, this could be the role for you.

This exciting opportunity will expose you to all areas of the business where you will learn a multitude of Continuous Improvement tools and techniques including Root Cause Analysis, various methods in data analysis and an understanding of Lean methodologies. In this role you will obtain an understanding of the “current state” processes and learn how to eliminate manufacturing wastes. This opportunity requires an individual with a positive mindset and “can do” attitude. During the programme a full time mentor will be available to develop you into a Continuous Improvement Professional.

Best of all, upon completing this apprenticeship you will be guaranteed a full-time role with Bakkavor, with salary enhancements along the way.
