Ulster Farmers’ Union is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive to lead the Ulster Farmers’ Union into its next chapter of growth, innovation, and influence.

As Chief Executive, you will be:

  • Accountable to the Board for shaping and delivering the organisation’s strategic direction,
  • Ensuring robust governance

You will lead a skilled senior management team, build high-impact partnerships across government and industry, and represent the organisation as a visible and influential voice for its members.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience;

  • You will bring strong commercial and financial acumen
  • A collaborative leadership style,
  • Human resource management skills and the awareness to navigate a dynamic external environment.
  • Experience in membership-based organisations, public relations, or the agricultural sector are desirable.
