We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Luggage Porter to join our fantastic Sloane Team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a new challenge where you will be supported in reaching your full potential. Ideally, you would have previous experience in a similar role with outstanding customer service skills.
The Role:
- You will be part of the Front of House team and assist in delivering high standards of service, performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet and engage with all arrival, departure and in-house guests & members with personal recognition.
- Assist guests & members with information about the hotel, club and the local area.
- Demonstrate commanding control over the entrance and manage the flow of traffic and the safe arrival and departure of guests & members and luggage to and from the hotel, club and serviced apartments.
- Ensure all key service standards are kept to the highest level delivered with consistency.
- Offer consistent, friendly and high standard assistance to guests & members and maintain a lobby presence that offers courteous and attentive service.
- Be attentive to the movement in your area with guests, members and visitors, together with the wider team, identify any situation that could compromise the security of the hotel, report to the manager on duty to take the correct decisions.
