As a Cocktail Waiter, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests and members, while ensuring the smooth operational running of the service. Your role will include serving a wide range of beverages, opening and closing the bar, and exceeding members’ needs and expectations every time.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails, speciality drinks and food menu
  • Deliver service at the highest quality level with pride
  • Engage with members, get to know our regulars and anticipate their needs
  • Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and F&B teams
  • Use initiative and a proactive approach to provide guests with a unique experience

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of cocktails
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking with colleagues, senior management and guests
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive, charismatic attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal, time‑management and organisational skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
  • Previous experience as a waiter in a busy restaurant/bar environment
  • Flexibility to support the team across the areas and work weekends and nights
