As a Cocktail Waiter, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests and members, while ensuring the smooth operational running of the service. Your role will include serving a wide range of beverages, opening and closing the bar, and exceeding members’ needs and expectations every time.
Responsibilities:
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails, speciality drinks and food menu
- Deliver service at the highest quality level with pride
- Engage with members, get to know our regulars and anticipate their needs
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and F&B teams
- Use initiative and a proactive approach to provide guests with a unique experience
