Reservations & Sales Agent in City of London

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Reservations Agent to join our fantastic Sloane Team! Ideally, you would have previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of hotel reservation systems and outstanding customer service skills.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Offer all guests the highest level of customer service to all guests in a timely manner
• Knowledgeable about current promotions, rate plans, and procedures
• Conduct daily handovers with the Reservations Manager and update on KPI progress
• Ensure the no-show and late cancellations procedures are followed
• Ensure commission invoices are received and presented to the Accounts department for payment in a timely manner
• Understanding of different OTA booking engines
• Implementation of correct rate positioning in each segment
• Working alongside the Revenue Manager with the implementations of sales plans and conversion that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates and increase volume throughout The Sloane Estate
• Coordinate all sales activity to maximise revenue from existing accountsat the national and international level
