Job Summary: To understand the essence and importance of hospitality within the Sloane Club. Responsible for participating in all activities of the Club, to contribute to the smooth running of the Restaurant, ensuring the highest levels of guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and control all duties and mis-en-place through all the different service times.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items on sale to members.
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of the table layout and numbers for each room.
  • Complete the cleaning rota on a daily basis.
  • Be punctual and adhere to a weekly rota.
  • Be able to work within a team efficiently and effectively.
  • Give constructive input when required.
  • Have a sound knowledge of all details relevant to the building.
  • Always maintain good customer relations with our members and their guests.
  • Have the knowledge and ability to set up all rooms to their original floor plan.
  • Make sure the main fridge is stocked, clean and tidy at all times before each service.
  • Make sure that the bread station is always stocked, clean and tidy.
  • Make sure the coffee station is stocked and kept consistently clean and presentable.
  • Constantly checking the coffee and tea stock levels.
  • Make sure that the glasswasher is ready before service and always kept clean.
  • Make sure the linen cupboard is stocked properly and always kept clean and tidy.
  • Ensuring all crockery and silverware is cleaned and polished to the highest standard.
  • Responsible for delivering drinks/beverages from the bar.
  • Responsible for making all hot drinks and delivering them to the table.
  • Be fully knowledgeable of the menu dishes and concept.
  • Responsible for delivering dishes/food from the kitchen pass to the tables.
