We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Website Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of all paid digital marketing across our websites. This is not a junior role and not a strategy‑only role. You will be directly responsible for planning, executing, optimising and reporting on paid activity with clear commercial accountability. You will work closely with senior management, e-commerce, pricing and operations to ensure marketing spend is efficient, controlled and profitable.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Search: Google Ads & Bing Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax where appropriate)
- Paid Social: Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Affiliates & Referral Channels
- Email & CRM: Klaviyo campaign management, segmentation, automations and revenue attribution
- Budget planning and daily spend control
- ROAS, CAC and contribution margin management
- Landing page and funnel performance optimisation
- Attribution, reporting and insight (not vanity metrics)
What We Are Looking For:
Essential
- Proven experience managing significant paid media budgets in‑house
- Strong commercial mindset (you understand margin, not just clicks)
- Hands‑on expertise in Google Ads and Meta
- Experience with Klaviyo and e‑commerce email marketing
- Confident reporting performance to senior stakeholders
- Comfortable being fully accountable for results
Desirable
- E‑commerce or retail background
- Experience in multi‑brand or multi‑site environments
- Affiliate or partnership channel experience
