Location: Situated in one of England's prettiest villages, The Slaughters Manor House is a beautiful 17th Century manor house, with a 4 AA red star and 3 AA rosettes. The hotel offers attentive service and one of the most acclaimed restaurants in the Cotswolds.
Service charge: Each month we pay our team a service charge that goes into one pot; 100% of that charge is shared amongst all team members. The service charge can be around £250 a month (close to £3,000 per year) over and above base pay, for a full‑time employee.
Responsibilities
- Clean rooms, lounge and other front‑of‑house areas to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Maintain health and safety compliance, keeping up to date with all COSHH training.
- Assist with occasional cross‑department support, working as a single team.
