Location: Set in the heart of one of the most picturesque Cotswold villages, The Slaughters Country Inn offers the authentic charm of a traditional village inn. With 5 AA Gold Stars for guest accommodation and 2 AA rosettes, the inn provides a relaxed yet professional environment for staff. Accommodations may be on‑site or off‑site, and free parking is available.

Service Charge: Our team receives a monthly service charge of approximately £260, about £3,200 per year in addition to base pay. This amount is pooled and shared among all team members.

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager you will work with the Restaurant Manager to lead the dining team and deliver exceptional service to guests. Your responsibilities include:

  • Gaining deep knowledge of the menu to advise guests on dishes.
  • Training new staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues across all departments.
  • Ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
  • Assisting cross‑departmentally when needed.
