Set in the heart of one of the most picturesque Cotswold villages, The Slaughters Country Inn offers the authentic charm of a traditional village inn. With 5 AA Gold Stars for Guest Accommodation and 2 AA rosettes, the inn provides a relaxed yet professional environment. Accommodation may be offered to staff to help new members settle, and free on‑site parking is available. We pay a monthly service charge that goes entirely to staff. The service charge can be around £260 per month (≈£3,200 per year) on top of base pay.
Responsibilities
- As a Housekeeping Assistant you will keep all front‑of‑house areas and guest bedrooms gleaming, ready to welcome guests.
- Clean rooms, lounge, and other areas, playing a huge part in making the hotel look and feel welcoming.
- Keep up to date with all COSHH training to ensure safety.
- Help other departments when needed; we all collaborate across the team.
