We\’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our friendly team at our busy hotel in the heart of Skipton. If you\’re passionate about hospitality, love working in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for delivering excellent customer service, we\’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Manage stock levels, deliveries, and ordering.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety.
- Handle cash and oversee daily bar takings.
- Assist in planning and delivering events and functions.
About You:
- Previous bar or hospitality supervisory experience is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to lead by example.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
