The Role
- We are looking for a highly capable Marketing Manager who sits at the intersection of creative production, project management, and strategic marketing execution.
- Own the end-to-end production of integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
- Translate campaign plans into executable workflows, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure launches happen smoothly, even when priorities shift.
- Develop and maintain schedules that balance speed with quality.
- Build repeatable, scalable workflows that the team can rely on.
- Review all creative deliverables before they reach senior stakeholders.
- Identify issues such as off-brand colour grading, cluttered layouts, weak edits, or messaging inconsistencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal creatives and brief clearly, manage expectations, and keep work moving efficiently.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Continuously refine team collaboration, identify bottlenecks and proactively fix them, build playbooks and documentation.
- Act as connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance, keep everyone aligned and informed.
- Monitor team bandwidth and production load, protect team wellbeing while maintaining delivery momentum.
- Understand the full marketing funnel and ensure campaigns make sense holistically.
- Plan, organise, and attend events, exhibitions, and product launches; support B2B and DTC initiatives.
- Plan, organise, and manage award submissions and coordinate assets, deadlines, and entry requirements.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in a production-heavy marketing role within a high-growth environment.
- Background may include Marketing Project Management, Agency Producer, Creative Operations.
