We’re looking for an Audit Senior to join a growing practice with a friendly, down-to-earth team. You’ll take charge of SME audits from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact for clients, preparing files and financial statements, and supporting junior staff. It’s a role for someone who enjoys working with people as much as working with numbers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead audit engagements and guide clients through the process

Prepare audit files and draft financial statements

Support and mentor trainees while they learn on the job

Spot opportunities to add value and strengthen client relationships

Visit client premises when needed (driving licence required)

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in audit within an accountancy practice

Part-qualified or fully qualified ACA / ACCA (or equivalent)

Organised, proactive and confident with clients

A team player who enjoys helping others develop

Full UK driving licence
