Asthe Assistant Commercial Manager, you will oversee the management andadministration of commercial contracts from the initial bid process through thetender stage to the close-out of projects.

This role is crucial in ensuringadherence to company governance and specific contract requirements throughoutthe lifecycle of each project.

Responsibilities

  • CRM Management: Collaborate with project managers and commercial leads to maintainthe CRM system, liaising with clients to update on tender progress andadvancing opportunities through the pipeline.
  • CRM Insights: Analyze CRM-generated data to enhance tender conversion rates, working closely with senior project managers to identify optimal tenderingopportunities.
  • Pipeline Modelling: Develop and implement sales strategies based on CRM data, manageresource utilization forecasting, and identify potential revenue opportunities.
  • Bid Management: Act as a central point for solution sourcing and presentation, assisting in opportunity pricing and tender documentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all sales and commercial processes meet the company's qualitystandards and represent the division during internal audits.

Requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Experience: At least 5 years in administration support with proficiency in contract, finance, and CRM systems such as Sage/CEMAR.
  • Education: Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MSOffice Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
