This position’s primary responsibility is to protect the assets of all Upper Skagit Tribal properties, and reduce potential liabilities through observation and reporting. Activities shall include but are not limited to: monitoring alarms and closed-circuit TV cameras, monitoring, documenting, and reporting unlawful, suspicious, and irregular activities at the Tribe's properties. Maintains confidentiality regarding surveillance operations. Complies with all applicable regulatory, departmental, and Tribal procedures.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must have knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge or previous work experience in the use of closed circuit television equipment preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, including writing reports and effective email communication.
  • Must be able to work in a position where attention to detail is critical to accurately analyze, input data and compile reports.
  • Be self-directed with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and solve routine problems and to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have excellent hearing and vision (including peripheral) with ability to distinguish colors, letters, numbers and symbols.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to take initiative and work independently.
  • Must be willing and able to work non-traditional schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
