Our Facility Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment to assure a continuous source of light, heat, water, power, and temperature control recommending necessary changes in such facilities or equipment.

High school diploma/GED is required. Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience at a commercial property, knowledge in at least one of the following or similar areas: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and life safety systems. Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office programs like Word and Excel; eMaint CMMS system experience is a plus. Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License and maintain an acceptable driving record in order to operate company vehicles.

Shift: 2pm - 10pm
