I'm currently partnering with an established and growing engineering and technology consultancy to recruit a

Talent Acquisition Specialist for their London office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing internal Talent Acquisition team, where you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across engineering, technology, and consulting.

Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment while helping to shape an outstanding candidate experience .

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
  • Source specialist and leadership talent through headhunting, Linked In Recruiter, networking, talent mapping, and other proactive sourcing methods.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including CV screening, telephone interviews, competency-based interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to support strategic hiring decisions.
  • Produce recruitment reports and provide regular updates using recruitment metrics and reporting tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and overall hiring effectiveness.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have

  • 2–5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience gained either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confidence interviewing and assessing candidates while providing detailed feedback to hiring managers.
  • A proactive approach to talent mapping and building long-term candidate pipelines.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline is advantageous.
