- Configuring and implementing on‑prem and hybrid infrastructure components
- Troubleshooting installation and integration issues alongside customers and vendors
- Leading handover / transition‑to‑support sessions
- Producing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base content
- Feeding back improvements to enhance implementation processes and customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple implementations under pressure
- Experience with enterprise backup and recovery tools (e.g. Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik, Veritas NetBackup, Zerto) is highly desirable
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DNS, VPNs, routing basics)
- Exposure to virtualisation technologies such as VMware, Nutanix, or Hyper‑V
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar)
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and problem‑solve in customer environments
What’s on Offer
- Hybrid working model (mix of remote and Leeds‑based office presence)
- Opportunity to work with enterprise‑grade infrastructure and complex customer environments
- Collaborative, supportive technical team environment
- Regular team events and social activities
- Strong focus on development, ownership, and continuous improvement
Additional Information
- Working hours: 2pm - 10pm to cover EST Timezone.
