I’m currently working with a client to recruit a Customer Success Specialist to join their growing team in Leeds. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, delivering an excellent service experience, and playing a key role in driving retention and account growth.

You’ll act as a trusted point of contact for customers, supporting them throughout their journey and ensuring they’re getting maximum value from the service. Alongside relationship management, you’ll also be involved in identifying opportunities to improve engagement and expand accounts.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and building strong relationships with a portfolio of customers
  • Running regular service reviews to understand customer needs and goals
  • Supporting renewals and helping to drive customer retention
  • Proactively monitoring accounts and resolving issues early
  • Handling and resolving customer queries and escalations professionally
  • Sharing product updates, insights, and best practice with customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and account activity

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing or sales role
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
  • Confident problem solver with good analytical ability
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Experience or interest in IT / SaaS / managed services is beneficial
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or ChurnZero is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
