We are now looking to identify and hire exceptional coaches to further build our rapidly growing team of like-minded and professional personal trainers.
We are hiring for 15-20 new coaches to work at ourLondonstudios. As well as these positions, we are constantly looking for great coaches to add to our partnership gyms.

Daily Roles and Responsibilities - Trainee Personal Trainers
Your main priority is nurturing your client base. You must ensure they are expertly managed and looked after whilst providing expert coaching and programming for them to achieve their goals. On top of nurturing your client base you will be expected to support the facility in which you work within and the team through assistance with day-to-day tasks that need to be performed to keep the studio at the highest level, ensuring exceptional client experience is adhered to at all times.
Non Negotiables - Trainee Personal Trainers
We have a set list of non negotiables that all our coaches must abide by:
- Punctuality - always being on time and ready for any session, meeting or appointment
- Respect - respect for your fellow coaches, your clients, other clients of the business, Fitness Lab founders and your management team
- Organisation - being organised with your diary management, clients, emails, follow ups and how you conduct yourself as a professional coach
- Communication - clear and effective communication is a key skill for a coach. This is required at all levels of the business whether that is with clients, management or team members
- Proactiveness - we praise critical and independent thinking. We expect you to always go above and beyond to ensure you are the best version of yourself which in turn will provide a better overall coaching service to our clientele

Upon successfully completing our interview process you will be offered a role at one of our partner gyms. From that moment on, we will fill your diary with clients and train you in best practices to ensure you succeed and grow as a personal trainer.
