We are Glasgow’s leading home organisers, helping people transform their spaces and simplify their lives. From beautifully ordered kitchens to thoughtfully designed wardrobes, our work is about more than tidying – it’s about creating calm and clarity for every client we meet.
We’re looking for an Organising Specialist to join our small, growing team. You’ll work closely with us, the sisters Lisa and Katie, across all areas of the business, supporting projects in clients’ homes, sourcing products and materials, and helping with the finishing touches that make each transformation feel seamless and complete. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in changing environments, enjoys problem‑solving on the go, and takes pride in creating spaces that feel calm and thoughtfully designed.
What the role involves:
- Work directly with clients to organise and declutter homes and businesses, creating inspiring spaces that function effortlessly.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional results on every project.
- Handle on‑site responsibilities, including sorting, packing, arranging, and styling.
- Travel to storage warehouse, charity shops, or recycling centres for supplies or drop‑offs.
- Represent The Sister Method with professionalism, warmth, and a client‑focused attitude.
- Support project preparation – stock management, planning and aftercare.
- Help maintain TSM’s signature aesthetic and high standard of presentation.
You’re the right fit if you:
- Have a natural eye for design, detail, and balance.
- Take pride in your work and genuinely care about the little things.
- Are reliable, self‑motivated, and comfortable with physical, hands‑on tasks.
- Can walk into the unknown with calm and confidence; every project is unique.
- Adapt quickly, think on your feet, and stay grounded when things change.
- Work well independently while being a supportive, dependable team player.
- Communicate with warmth, professionalism, and care, making clients feel valued and supported.
- Learn quickly on the job and can anticipate what’s needed without being told twice.
- Have a friendly, grounded personality and like working as part of a close team.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have your own car for daily travel to client locations (essential).
You’ll be part of a warm, down‑to‑earth team that values care, trust, and excellence. Every project is different, and you’ll have the chance to see homes and people transform before your eyes. If you love creating order, take pride in doing things beautifully, and want your work to have meaning, we’d love to hear from you.
