As our next Hotel Manager, you will:
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality throughout the guest journey, championing our standards of excellence by nurturing a personal connection with our guests, recognising all our guests and treating them as individuals and providing heartfelt attention in the heart of the neighbourhood.
- Ensure all team members deliver excellence via regular performance management, development, training and targets.
- Responsible for recruitment, onboarding and development of hotel team members with the support of the Head of Operations.
- Ensure all company standards are implemented throughout the hotel. This is to include Guest Hospitality, H&S, F&B offering, Security, Hygiene & Cleanliness, Maintenance etc.
- Ensure all areas of Health & Safety are compliant throughout the hotel including training.
- Provide HQ Finance team with monthly reports
